• KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / RESPONSIBILITIES
• -Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• -Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• -Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by on-going calls and visits to customers and prospects.
• -Translating customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap Prepare, maintain, and evangelize a detailed product roadmap which defines product requirements, enhancements for short- and long-term releases with proper documentation.
• -Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, overseeing interdepartmental activities to execute plans.
• -Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

• -Collaborate with technology to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs and leverage opportunities. (e.g., Buy/Build decisions)
• -Monitor and analyse new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to our business. Conduct and lead forward looking research studies.
• -Develop and when necessary deliver concise and meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences, including education and training of sales staff, training of support groups, train the trainer programs, and presentations at symposia, trade shows, and key customer accounts.
• -Leading cross-functionally to ensure we implement the business vision efficiently
• -Consult with Client Services team to ensure appropriate service levels for the product line.
• Act as a product champion within the company.
• Create and maintain profit and loss documentation for products and services.

• 5+ years of experience of managing small to medium size projects
• Should have evolved from .Net Developer to Project Manager.
• Hands on coding exposure in .NET
• Exposure to different technologies Java, Cloud ,SQL Server.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, automation and AI based applications
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MPP, Visio, JIRA

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving end to end project management for small to medium size projects
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Creating and leading the Business development and Marketing strategies for the organization. Generating and building sales.
• Handle presales and progressing to closing of the deal.
• Technical exposure to support product development team in terms of negotiations and project discussions with the clients.
• Developing, owning and executing over all business plan.

• • 5+years of experience in software design, development and deployment Core Java applications.
  • Experience and expertise in developing apps using Core Java, Java J2EE.
  • Expertise in Javascripts & Jquery
  • Exposure to Mean Stacks (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node and React for simple and scalable fullstack js applications)
  • Expertise in working with relational database such as My SQL and MS SQL Server including writing high performing queries/procedures.
  • Understanding the requirements and preparing designs for translating those needs into deliverables.

• • 5+years of experience in software design, development and deployment with C# in WPF applications.
  • Experience and expertise in developing apps using C# in WPF.
  • Exposure to Mean Stacks (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node and React for simple and scalable fullstack js applications)
  • Ability to materialize the requirements and develop application single-handedly
  • Experienced in integrating with native C/C++ libraries and interop assemblies
  • Expertise in working with relational database such as My SQL and MS SQL Server including writing high performing queries/procedures.
